Orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt. Most items are in stock and ship same day if ordered before 12:00pm EST. However, we cannot guarantee an item to be in stock due to order size. If you would like confirmation of stock availability prior to ordering, please Email Us. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email regarding your order status. In the rare event that an item is not in stock, backordered or discontinued, you will be notified of such in the email. To cancel an order, please Email. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. LightingelStore.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to ship a manufacturer certified replacement if the manufacturer has upgraded or modified an item.
LightingelStore.com calculates S&H rates based on the then current FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping tables. In the event of a shipping adjustment due to the nature (size and weight) of your order, the total may be adjusted to compensate. Choosing Next Day Air or Second-Day Air may not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online if the item is backordered or not in stock. You will receive your order 1-2 days after we have acquired the item(s) in our warehouses. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified via email within 24 hours of order placement. You may at that time cancel the order or continue with the order at your option. We strive to keep our inventory well stocked to avoid backorders.
To have an item drop shipped, the billing address of the credit card used to place the order must be provided. LightingelStore.com will not drop ship any item without confirmation of the billing information. Once this information is verified, your order will be sent to any ship-to address provided. Due to Merchant Services regulations, you may be required to provide additional information. All applicable shipping fees will be charged to the customer/purchaser.
Before signing for any trucking delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form. Please Email Us of the damage immediately, so a claim can be made.
If for some unforeseen reason an item is no longer available or backordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified within 24 hours of order placement. Please Email Us if you wish to receive stock confirmation prior to ordering. LightingelStore reserves the right to replace any out of stock lighting filter with the SAME color if available in another brand.
State of Florida: 7.0% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to Florida addresses.
For all other States or International shipments Purchaser is responsible for any state, local sales tax and/or customs duty.
Forms of Payment
LightingelStore.com accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. LightingelStore.com also accepts money orders and cashier's checks. Orders are processed upon receipt and verification of payment. LightingelStore.com does not accept personal checks of any kind.

All claims must be made within 14 days of the date of shipment (not receipt) for all deliveries. The claim can be initiated by you or a LightingelStore.com representative. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. LightingelStore.com will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period.
LightingelStore.com offers a 14 day (from date of shipment) replacement or credit policy for defective products. Customers who do not want an item repaired or replaced can request an (RMA) return authorization number, however a 25% restocking fee will be assessed to cover testing, repair, cleaning and repackaging expenses.

Non-Defective Product Returns
Non-defective (Buyers Remorse) products can be returned within 7 days if returned unopened, for credit less S&H and a 25% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts.
All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). To accomplish this, please Email Us and include a description of the issue. Any item returned or refused without applying for an RMA, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 1 business day with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s). The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all components, materials and documentation. If you received your item double boxed, it must be returned in this manner. Once shipped, Email the tracking number(s) to us with your LightingelStore order number. We will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Return shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of wrong product shipment.
All warranty service for original customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges if any to the warranty location (check manufacturers policy). This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, any other acts of God, mishandling, dropping, or infestation is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is also void if the manufacturer determines that the product has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return shipment. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty.
In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, manufacturer data error, description and/or errors in pricing, LightingelStore.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, LightingelStore.com shall immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account.
