A pair of high-quality microphone preamps means the unit can be used for recording or acoustic measurement while providing a convenient bridge between Dante, analog, and USB signals. FOH engineers will appreciate the 16 Dante I/O channels the RUIO16-D provides, allowing them to use their favorite dynamic, EQ, and effects processors confidently in a live environment. There's even a USB bypass button on the front panel that skips the plugin processing if the case of a computer glitch, ensuring the system audio is not affected.
